The 18LBS tensile nylon cable tie are made of nylon 66 material with a protection rating of 94V-2. It is resistant to acid, corrosion, insulation, durability and aging. Nylon 66 is a crystalline engineering plastic. It is a high toughness material with a low coefficient of friction, wear resistance and excellent self-lubricating properties. It is also very resistant to oil and chemicals and is therefore best suited for use as a mechanical material.
