metal waterproof Cable Gland is made of brass.Brass is an alloy composed of copper and zinc. Brass composed of copper and zinc is called ordinary brass. Waterproof Nylon Cable Connector is made of UL-approved nylon 66. It is made by injection molding and has a fire rating of 94V-2. It has good acid resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, and is resistant to aging and strength. Widely used in electronics factories, strapping TVs, computers and other internal cables, fixed lighting, motors, electronic toys and other lines.

Precautions

• 1. In order to ensure waterproof and longer operation, it is recommended to use double-walled heat-shrinkable sleeves and insulating sleeves.
• 2. In order to ensure a certain pressure at the joint, it is recommended to add a sheath tube to enhance insulation and protection.
• 3. The self-adhesive tape (or heat-shrinkable waterproof tape) used is a high-pressure product to ensure insulation safety.
• 4. When constructing, it is better to use the staggered connection method (that is, the cable does not need to be neatly cut and docked).
